Uniform
The governors of Balshaw Lane Primary aim to keep the costs of school uniform reasonable.
Most of our uniform can be bought from a number of different providers in order to keep costs down. Most items can be purchased from either School Trends or NU Uniforms via the links below.
- Our PTFA sell our uniform at a good cost to parents, whilst raising funds for the school.
- School Trends - Click the link to order school uniform. Your order will then be delivered to your home address or school.
- NU Uniforms - Uniform can be ordered and delivered to your home, plus payments can be spread in 6 interest free payments
- ParentPay - Click this link to be redirected to ParentPay, our online payment system.
We do not have many uniform items with a school logo on. The PE hoodie and red sweatshirt or cardigan, should have the school logo on. We also prefer that the white polo shirt has the logo on, but a plain white one is acceptable.

Uniform swap
Our eco team have organised uniform swaps to enable parents to find pre-loved uniform.
Lost property
All items of uniform should be labelled with the child's name.
We return named items to children but cannot trace all unnamed items back to their owners.
